Production Timings
All our Hats and Headpieces are handmade and meticulously crafted. We put a lot of effort and dedication when creating our pieces. All this effort takes take time. We aim a maximum of 3 week for our product to be ready to dispatch.
Shipping Timings
All our orders all shipped using the UK Royal Mail Signed and Tracked service. You'll be able to trace your order and a signature will be required upon arrival.
The estimated delivery times are:
UK: 2 to 3 working days.
Europe: 3 to 5 working days.
Rest of World: 5 to 8 working days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs can vary depending on item size and delivery country, please find bellow the respective prices:
UK: £15
Europe: £30
Rest of World: £70
Please note: International Tracked & Signed cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack Stations, because a signature cannot be captured.

For international shipping, all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer when the item arrives at the destination country.
